For each element, different Levels are defined, that reflects the HR maturity of the    organization.
We understand the Clients Business Objectives & Goals & deep dive into 10 key HR    “Elements” to identify those Elements and Levels at which the organization will achieve

Through Internal and Peer assessment, existing “levels” in the clients organization for    each Element is assessed.
Post assessment, We Plan HR initiatives to raise the bar based on an understanding of    the current levels.
