Ranjit Jatar, co-founder of Nova Edge is a Chartered Accountant with more than two decades of Corporate experience in varied Industries : FMCG, Automotive, Travel, Trading and Advertising and in various functional and general management Roles, apart from having experience as an entrepreneur in the Talent management field.His Functional experience internationally is varied – in Finance, Sales, Marketing ,Corporate/Public Affairs,JV Management and as Profit centre head. He had earlier launched E- Recruitment portal Reffster.com, which was subsequently hived off in 2008. His last assignment in a leadership Role was with PepsiCo as Country Manager –Sri Lanka, additionally handling a region in South India which in 2007 grew to be the highest share territory for PepsiCo in India.
Ranjit works with clients to understand their unique business needs and to develop and implement practical business support strategies straddling Nova's verticals. He leads the Talent Acquisition vertical and is a Business Mentor.

Ranjana Patel has 28 years work-experience with American Express followed by overseeing the integration of American Express Bank with Standard Chartered Bank across all work streams. Her experience  as a HR specialist is wide and deep and extends across Recruitment & Selection across lines of businesses and functions,Talent Management & Job Evaluation,Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management Process,Rewards & Recognition & HR Policies. Ranjana has played a key Role in developing the 10/10 Strategic HR Assessment Model.
Ranjana champions the strategic HR practice with emerging blue chip companies to help them with a HR roadmap which helps them achieve their business objectives.

 

Affiliate Consultant - Delhi

Col. Sumant Khare has over two decades of work experience largely in the Armoured Corps of the Indian Army where he was nominated for the prestigious staff college at Wellington and also served as a key logistics supply chain network head for the entire north east of India. His corporate experience since 2003 has primarily been in the HR function including training and Public Relations with diverse groups such as Bharti, Reliance and the Future group. .
His last assignments included National Head –Training Delivery for Reliance Retail and National Head – Training Delivery & Operations, Future Group, Mumbai. In these two Corporate stints Sumant has gained deep insights into Corporate People behavior and Group dynamics. He is also a founder of ‘Nvision Learning & Development’, an outfit with expertise in corporate soft skill & behavioural training.
Sumant will play a key role in Novas Business development effort and would be part of the team which provides expert HR strategic services.
